- 6GA0278 Award Synopsis Classification Code: X NAICS Code: 531120 This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 35,951 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 31,536 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 7 parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the United States Census Bureau. The lease has been awarded to ACP Marquis II LLC in Atlanta, GA. Commencing December 1, 2017 through January 1, 2022, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $1,312,211.50 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $36.50 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $627,167.91 annually and an operating rent of $290,843.59. The lease terms are set at 49 months/43 months firm. GSA may terminate this lease after July 1, 2021 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
