- THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE AMENDMENT and REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSAL AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This information is provided in response to RFI TIRNO-17-R-00012, Department of Treasury Managed Print Services. Many responses were received from a mix of small and large businesses including feedback on the DRAFT IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DRAFT Task Order 0001. As a result of those responses, the following additional questions are submitted for consideration and a response is appreciated: We found that Managed Print Services support is offered on GSA FSS schedule 36. a. Can Treasury achieve a total solution under GSA schedule 36 from a Single Source or through Contractor Teaming? b. Can schedule holders provide a untility based MPS model without a lease? c. Will schedule holders accept Task Orders over the maximum order threshold stated in GSA schedule 36? d. Would an IDIQ provide increased flexibility and be better suited for this requirement? e. Would a two year Base Period be preferred for this requirement?
