- This is only the pre-solicitation. The solicitation will contain all the attachments and information required for the interested bidders to prepare and submit a proposal. The proposal deadline will be provided along with the Solicitation when it is posted. Check this pre-solicitation in two weeks time for the posting of the solicitation. 1.0 OBJECTIVE: This is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the execution of a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction of Epoxy Floor Coating projects affecting real property at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), as well as facility locations at Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah (LM), and Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). Task Orders (TO) will be issued under this contract to define specific project requirements involving construction. 1.1 SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all labor, storage, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to design, manage, and accomplish a broad range of repair, alteration, and/or new construction work on real property for interior floor projects at HAFB, LM, and UTTR in accordance with (IAW) this Statement of Work (SOW), each Task Order SOW, all Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS). The projects will include tasks in a variety of trades including, but not limited to, demolition, preparation, patching, electrical, painting, joint sealing, epoxy coating, and other specialty work. The contractor may be required to perform work not anticipated at the time of award, but within the original scope of work. Additional tasks may include emergency flooring projects, floor repairs or replacement.
