Description: Description of Requirement The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office, has a requirement for a software maintenance agreement to maintain technical support and to receive updates for the current Mathworks' Matlab software. The maintenance agreement will cover a period of one year with four option years. Please note the option years may vary slightly in quantity. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is W81EWF71240772. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 511210 and the Small Business size standard is $25,000,000. The selected vendor will deliver the requirements to the ERDC Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL), Vicksburg, Mississippi. The delivery location is the Engineer Research & Development Center (ERDC), Coastal & Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL), 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180. Clauses Incorporated by Full Text: 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
