Description
Attachment 2 - Vehicle Photos Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Solicitation 1449 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this solicitation, FA461317Q1001, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336211, Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Commercial Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94 effective 19-Jan-17, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20161222 effective 22-Dec-16 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2017-0127 effective 27-Jan-17. This solicitation is for the repair of a 2006 Columbia Freightliner that was damaged from an accident resulting in the vehicle coming to rest on the driver's side. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair the vehicle, in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS). The vehicle has approximately 32,000 miles. Offerors wishing to submit a quote should complete the attached standard form 1449. Offerors are encouraged to submit quotes electronically to the point of contact listed above.
