- Solicitation This is a heavy construction action for Repair of Wheel Rims for gates 3&4 at Tuttle Creek Lake, KS 66502. This project will completely repair and rehabilitate service gates 3 and 4, as well as paint the embedded steel liner downstream of the service gates. The service gate repair will include replacement of welded stainless wheel rims with 32 bushing casting/forgings, inspection, repair of structural welds, and including blasting and painting of the gate.The following is a list of the files when downloaded from ProjNet (www.projnet.org/projnet) will include the entire IFB documents. ***The Bidder Inquiry Key is changed to: DBE4RR-FFZSDS***
