Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI estimates a posting date of solicitation of April 19, 2017 as a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) set-aside. The SDVOSB must be small under the relevant North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) and should not be construed to as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any costs incurred by interested parties will NOT be reimbursed. It is the responsibility of any interested party to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this notice. This agency is contemplating a single award of a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to the vendor for a base year plus four (12 month) option year contract. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 811219- Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Size Standard $20.5 million and the vendor MUST be registered and verified in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Vendors MUST ensure registration in these websites are accurate, complete and have not expired by the solicitation closing date. A non-verified vendor that submits a quote will be rejected as non-responsive. The VIP database will be checked both upon receipt of an offer and prior to award. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website:http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. No telephone requests will be accepted.
