- The Army Contracting Command-Warren intends to award a sole source contract to SirsiDynix EOS, LLC for the software upgrade of company's SirsiDynix Symphony Workflows version 3.4.1.5 for on-site installation - data conversion to EOS.Web - with an on-premise annual subscription, (4) options for annual subscriptions, custom setup for training, and a day of onsite training. SirsiDynix EOS, LLC is uniquely qualified to fulfill the contract requirements, because it is the original manufacturer of the software. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
