- Replace Two Liebert Split System 2-Ton Units 1. REQUIREMENT: THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO REPLACE TWO (2) EXISTING LIEBERT SPLIT SYSTEM UNITS IN THE TELEPHONE SWITCHGEAR ROOM LA104, BUILDING 100 AT DORN VAMC. LABOR TO REMOVE EXISTING LIEBERT UNITS FROM SWITCH GEAR ROOM IN LA104, BUILDING 100 AND DISPOSE OF PER EPA GUIDELINES, REMOVE EXISTING LINE SETS AND REPLACE WITH NEW LINE SETS; PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW CONDENSATE PUMPS, REPLACE REFRIGERANT PIPING. WORK INCLUDES ALL ELECTRICAL DISCONNECTS, CONDUIT AND WIRING. THE CONTRACTOR GUARANTEES THE EQUIPMENT AGAINST DEFECTIVE MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP AND PERFORMANCE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR, SAID GUARANTEE TO RUN FROM DATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE CONTRACTOR AGREES TO FURNISH, WITHOUT COST TO THE GOVERNMENT, REPLACEMENT OF ALL PARTS AND MATERIAL THAT ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD. REPLACEMENT OF MATERIAL AND PARTS WILL BE FURNISHED TO THE GOVERNMENT AT THE POINT OF INSTALLATION
