Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA) intends to establish a purchase order (PO) on a sole source basis with Anton Paar USA located in 10215 Timber Ridge Drive Ashland VA 23005 for the procurement of SARA 5300 Ramen Microscope Wavelength 1064NM with a spectral range from 50-3200 cm -1 and resolution of 4 cm -1, Quantity of 1 which includes: 1. Training on use of the above device. 2. Installation of the above device. 3. 3 Years Extended Warranty. This special notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The Limited Source Justification, in accorance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1(c) will be provided after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirments detailed above may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demostrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses tot his notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
