- Drawings Forest Service Supplemental Specifications Wage Determination Experience Questionnaire Synopsis/Solicitation This project consists of crushing approximately 12,000 cubic yards of surface course gravel and placing into an on-site stockpile. The source for crushing is an existing placer tailings repository, Government furnished, near NFSR #607-D1. Contractor will be responsible for determining the crushed volume by stockpile survey. This Project also includes mobilization, a small amount of clearing and grubbing, excavation of additional material as required to meet specifications, contractor quality control and seeding. All equipment shall be in good operating condition and shall be operated by competent, experienced operators, and meet State air quality regulations. Crushing operations will be limited to the hours of 6am to 10pm, Sunday thru Saturday and no operations will be allowed after August 31 through the hunting season.
