- PreSolicitation This is a Pre-solicitation Notice Only. No contract shall be awarded from this Pre-solicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for an orthopedic hand surgeon. The period of performance is 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018 for the base and four (4) one year option of 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2022. This request is for Carl R Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas, 76544. This requirement is procured using NAICS code 622110 and size standard $38.5M. This acquisition will be procured as 100% small business set aside with no further socioeconomic set aside. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 22 May 2017. All contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
