- Questions and Answers Amendment 0001 to LCNLS17R0016 The purpose of this Amendment is threefold: (1) To remove Section C.3.7.4 referring to manual graphics plates. (2) To correct quantities in Section B.3.2, Pricing, as follows: FROM "200 copies of 20 pages each for 20 titles" TO "200 copies of up to 200 pages each for 20 titles." (3) To post questions submitted by offerors, along with the Government's answers (see attached "Questions and Answers" document).
