- IDE Rules of Engagement SECNAV-5512 The purpose of this DRAFT RFP Amendment to W900KK-15-R-0007 is to: 1) Set the parameters for the Pre-Solicitation Conference as seen below: PRESOLICITATION CONFERENCE INFORMATION - 24 May 2017 - Time 0730 Eastern Standard - Partnership II Building / Room 208 - All contractors with Common Access Cards (CACs) that wish to inspect the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) are required to submit their names at a minimum of 7 days prior to the Pre-Solicitation Conference to the contract specialist named below. You must possess your CAC to enter the IDE. - All contractors that wish to inspect the IDE, but do not have CACs, must submit an attached SECNAV-5512 / DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY LOCAL POPULATION ID CARD/BASE ACCESS PASS REGISTRATION; at a minimum of 7 days prior to the Pre-Solicitation Conference to the contract specialist named below. - The IDE address is: 3045 Technology Parkway Orlando, FL. 32826-3276 - See attached rules/map of visiting the IDE 2) To eliminate the Contractor Requirement for Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI-DEV) Level 3 as seen at: - Table L-1 Proposal volume Organization / I- General Information Section 5 - Section L.5.6 Section 6 3) To make the contractors aware that - the IDE will be provided by the government. Any references to the IDE, whether in the PWS or other provided documents that refer otherwise, are erroneous. This matter will be adjudicated within the final versions of the Performance Work Statements
