- DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for supplying and delivering 16,000 gallons of #2 Diesel. Approximately 10,000 gallons will be delivered to Crane Flat and 6,000 gallons will be delivered to Tioga Road. Deliveries will be made at two separate locations in the park and must be coordinated in accordance with the Scope of Work. Deliveries will be made between May 22, 2017 through October 15, 2017. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is P17PS01308, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 (effective January 19, 2017). The NAICS code is 324110 an associated small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This solicitation is 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers, and are listed in order of descending importance: price, technical capability and past performance. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 17, 2017.
