- AMENDMENT #1: The solicittion is corrected to read FOB destination. PR 68228666 for NSN 5990-01-221-0609, Approved sources: Kearfott Corp (CAGE 05088), P/N CT90948006 and Boeing (CAGE 8V613) PN 7-217221350-3. Source Controlled drawing - only available to the approved sources above. Export Control restrictions apply.The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 286 EA. Inspection/Acceptance at destination and FOB destination, delivery 335 days DARO or less. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 04/20/2017, and the closing date is on or around 05/22/2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the solicitation. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for Bid (IFB)"from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://www.adobe.com A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation package must be completed in its entirety and submitted via DIBBS, the DLA Aviation Bid Desk or Acquisition Specialist. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered SAM. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award, if not this award future awards. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
