- Attach-09 Bid Bond SF24 Attach-08 Payment Bond SF25A Attach-07 Performance Bond SF25 Attach-06 Delta DOL Wage Determination Attach-05 Contracting Fire Plan Attach-04 Experience Questionnaire Attach-03 Well Permit Attach-02 Drawings & Maps Attach-01 Specifications Solicitation Package SF1442 Grand Mesa National Forest Visitor Center Water System Improvements This project consists of construction of a drinking water treatment system and installation of approximately 2,500 feet of new buried water piping to serve the Grand Mesa Visitor Center, Cobbett Campground and Ward Lake Campground. Other work items include replacement of an existing well pump and extension of the well casing height above ground. Optional items include rehabilitation of a 2,000 gallon concrete water storage tank and repair or replacement of 11 campground water hydrants. Optional items may be awarded at the time of the base contract subject to funds availability and other terms and conditions of this contract, or up to 6 months after award of the base items.
