- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 - Network Contracting Activity Office is seeking Contractors interested in providing Courier Services for the Transportation services and supplies of unclaimed remains for the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92357. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 492110 Couriers and Express Delivery Services, where the Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 Employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. In accordance with VAAR 852.219-11, any SDVOSB submitting a quote for this action must be verified for ownership and control and who is so listed in the vendor information pages database (http://www.vetbiz.gov) upon submission of quote. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies to provide services to the participating VA facilities: 1. VA San Diego Healthcare System, 2. Oceanside VA Outpatient Clinic, 3. Escondido VA Outpatient Clinic, 4. Mission Valley Outpatient Clinic, 5. Sorrento Valley Clinic, 6. VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 7. VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 8. UCLA Lab Dept., 9. EL Centro CBOC, 10. Aspire Center CBOC, 11. Chula Vista CBOC, and 12. UCSD. It is the Contractor s responsibility to review this FBO website for amendments, updates, or changes to current information. Submit to the Contract Specialists attention, sylvia.correa@va.gov any requests for information or clarification of the solicitation documents, no later than May 16, 2017. Complete proposals shall be submitted electronically to the attention of sylvia.correa@va.gov. Please fill the attached Solicitation and submit on or before May 22, 2017, not later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). The email subject line shall include the solicitation number and title when submitting your proposal.
