- Attachment 7 - Asbestos Report Attachment 1 - Revised Scope of Work Amendment 2 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to replace the HVAC system at building 8 & 6 at El Montel Army Reserve Center located at 1200 Patrero Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000 million. Solicitation W911SA-17-B-0025 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price stand alone contract. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) Small Business Set aside. Project magnitude is over $1,000,000 and 5,000,000. Period of Performance will be 270 after the notice to proceed.
