- Attachment 6 - STOEP Price Worksheets Attachment 5 - MAIDIQ Total Estimated Price Worksheets Attachment 4 - Standards and Specifications Knowledge Assessment Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 2 - Specific Relevant Contracts Sheet Attachment 1 - Proficiency Assessment Solicitation Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, Fort Eustis, Virginia, anticipates awarding up to three (3) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contracts with a twelve (12) month base ordering period and four one-year optional ordering periods. The Army Virtual Learning Environment (AVLE) provides virtual learning for training and education products in support of the Department of the Army. A few of the key performance outcomes are to design, develop, and deliver an extensive range of distributed learning training and education products, to develop five levels (0 through 4) of instructional multimedia (level 5 is not in the scope of this contract or subsequent task orders), design products employing innovative instructional strategies and methodologies, and to design products that support analysis, synthesis, and effective domains of learning. The definition of the five levels of instructional multimedia are: Level 0 - PowerPoint and charts; Level 1 - Practice Activities; Level 2 - Scenario Based Cues; Level 3 - 3D Modeling and Gaming and; Level 4 - Augmented and Virtual Reality. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services and the small business size standard is $27.5M. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All documents including the solicitation, W911S0-17-R-0011, and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via the Federal Business Opportunities, www.fbo.gov. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All questions must be submitted by 11:00AM EDT on 17 May 2017. All questions will be answered by 5:00PM EDT on 19 May 2017.
