- Solicitation FA8224-17-R-0059; include CLIN 0001 HSTT and CLIN 0002 CDRL's priced CDRL A011 CDRL A010 CDRL A009 CDRL A008 CDRL A007 CDRL A006 CDRL A005 CDRL A004 CDRL A003 CDRL A002 CDRL A001 Purchase Specification for High Speed Tensile tester Air Force Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) for High Speed Tensile Tester High Speed Tensile Tester The purpose for this modification/amendment is to amend the pre-solicitation for the purpose of beginning the solicitation process. The solicitation period will begin May 11, 2017, continue through June 13, 2017, and close at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. During this solicitation period, the government will be accepting questions about the High Speed Tensile Tester through May 25, 2017 at which time will no longer accept questions; also at that time, we will post to FBO.gov all answers to questions submitted to the government. The Request for Proposal (RFP's) submitted to the government shall be constructed in accordance with the attached Purchase Specification, SF 33 RFP FA8224-17-R-0059, and all terms and conditions. All proposal received will be evaluated in accordance with Section L & M of the solicitation. The government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price C type contract.
