Description

Answers to Questions The oven in the listed solicitation is available from a leading manufacturer in several sizes (six 2/3 pan, six full pan, ten full pan) and several voltages and phase options. To provide an accurate bid, is there a method to find out which options would best suit the end user? A: The double oven should hold 10 full size sheet pans, to have an optional rack would then allow 12 full size sheet pans and four more of the hotel pans. 20, 12x20 x 2 ½ deep hotel pans. Unit shall have the ability to cook with pressure less steam, hot air or a combination of steam and hot air. The measurements of the unit are 44.17 inches wide, 37.44 inches deep, Over all height on the double unit is 69.76 inches. Voltage 208, KW 21 Phase 3, 59 amps.
