- HSCG23-17-Q-1GV375 - Statement of Work FIPS - 201-2 CLIN -- Price Submission RFQ HSCG23-17-Q-1GV375 Work under this SOW shall consist of the effort required to replace the existing access control system and maintain the system to be installed at USCG Sector New York, located in Staten Island, NY. Following acceptance of the upgraded access control system, the Contractor shall support all aspects of the installed systems with a service maintenance agreement that is implemented by four (4) contract option periods that are twelve (12) months each. The period of performance installation shall be one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the post-award meeting. A warranty maintenance period shall commence immediately upon successful testing and acceptance of the upgrade replacement system and shall remain in effect through the remaining eight (8) months for the first year of performance. This will be followed by a four (4) SMA periods, each with a period of performance of one (1) year, contingent upon the exercising of the respective option period contract line item number (CLIN). The total possible period of performance shall not exceed five (5) years. USCG SECTOR NEW YORK 212 Coast Guard Dr. Staten Island, NY 10305 Secondary locations within Sector New York include: Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST) Building, Fort Waddsworth,Staten Island, Boat Station New York, Staten Island, and the Battery Park Building, Manhatten, NY.
