- Amendment 01 - Attachment 9 Amendment 01 - Attachment 8 Amendment 01 - Attachment 7 Amendment 01 - Attachment 6 Amendment 01 - This Amendment incorporates Attachments 6,7,8,&9. These attachments consist of maps for the various Bid Items. Regarding Bid Item #2 - The Forest no longer anticipates receiving additional funding for this work, do not bid this item with an expectation of receiving more than approximately 500-600 acres. Contractors MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENT - you may acknowledge with your proposal in writing or by separate email to the Contracting Officer if you do not wish to revise your proposal. Due to the late signing of the Budget all Bid Items are subject to availability of funds and various spending deadlines. If funding does not become available the solicitation may be cancelled, see below. Nothing else is altered or extended as a result of this Amendment. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the solicitation's closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred."
