- Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) is looking for purchase of Procurement Research Reports License subscription for a period of 12 months inclusive of : Unlimited access to all reports in all categories listed below. Unlimited users Ability to fully disseminate reports and portions of reports within AFICA and Air Force customers served by AFICA. Access to all Procurement reports published between time of award and the end of the total license period. Training and website walkthroughs for all the team members Dedicated client relationship manager to provide AFICA training and act as a liaison between AFICA and the analyst.
