- Q & A Please see attached Q & A. Closing date and time have been extended to Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 5:00 pm EDT. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is OPM2017T0002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, 2005-95 effective 01-19-2017. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, and the small business size standard is $15 million. This is exclusively set-aside for small businesses. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is soliciting proposals from offerors that are capable of providing SWP seeks a contractor to provide training facilitation, storytelling, and presentation. Training will be provided for 37 to 40 employees for a period not to exceed 2 days per session for two sessions. The first session as soon as possible with a repeat session offered within a few weeks. Offeror should propose multiple date options if possible. The Office of Personnel Management intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government and can accommodate the requested dates as indicated in the Statement of Work.
