Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144 is conducting market research to determine businesses capable, willing to furnish a Vascular Ultrasound Unit with the capability to perform Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) Studies. This machine should be brand-name or equal to the Park Flo-Lab, Model 2100 SX2. The vendor must be able to provide training on the operation of the machine and clinical training. The machine must have a warranty for a minimum of 2 years which include preventative maintenance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112 Size Standard: 1000 Employees, and the Classification code is 6515. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response a capabilities statement with the following information: Company name and DUN # POC information Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) Is this item available on FSS Schedule (GSA)?
