- This requirement will be limited competition to one of the following companies: Aerospace Maintenance Solutions LLC, 8759 Mayfield Road, Chester, OH 44026 (Cage Code: 449T3) and Simmonds Precision Products Inc., 100 Panton Rd., Vergennes, VT 05461 (Cage Code: 89305). This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Repair contract for depot-level teardown, analysis, overhaul, repair, testing, and procurement of spare components, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, as well as data collection, engineering support and services of the C-130H Aircraft Liquid Quantity Indicator. This is a 5 year requirements contract with a basic year ordering period and 4 each out year ordering periods for the repair of the following item: NSN:6680-01-394-2555LG; Noun: Aircraft Liquid Quantity Indicator; P/N: 10097-0101; BEST ESTIMATED QUANTITY (BEQ): basic and each out year ordering period have a BEQ of 7 each. FUNC: The Liquid Quantity Indicator, also known as the Fuel Quantity Totalizer, is a night-vision imaging system component of the Digital Fuel Quantity Indicating System specially designed for the C-130H3 aircraft. It summarizes the total fuel on aircraft and displays it in a digital format. There will be a line item for No Fault Found (NFF), Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and Over and Above. Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304© (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited of Responsible Sources, and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
