- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-0842, and is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This is a 100% service-disabled veteran owned small business set-aside under NAICS 561730, Landscaping Services. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. Please download all attachments to this notice, Attachments A and B. The Erie, PA Veterans Affairs Medical Center has a requirement for lawn treatment services for one base year and up to four option year periods. See the solicitation Statement of Work for complete details. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is Monday, May 22, 2017 at 12:00 pm EST. Quotes may be submitted via email to jennifer.cutshall2@va.gov. Quotes received after the closing deadline will not be considered.
