- This acquisition will be limited competition to one of the following companies: Aerospace Maintenance Solutions LLC, 8759 Mayfield Road, Chester, OH 44026 (Cage Code 449T3) and Elbit Systems of America (Kollsman) 200 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH 03054-4844 (Cage Code: 89944). This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Repair contract for depot-level teardown, analysis, overhaul, repair, testing, and procurement of spare components, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, as well as data collection, engineering support and services of the Pilot Warning Alarm Set. This is a 5 years requirements contract with a basic year ordering period and 4 each out year ordering periods for the repair of the following item: NSN:6640-01-394-9780LG; Noun: Pilot Warning Alarm Set; P/N: 540-25100-005; BEST ESTIMATED QUANTITY (BEQ): basic and each out year ordering period have a BEQ of 4 each. FUNC: A complete electrical warning unit specifically designed to provide an aural message/warning through pilot's earphones and/or visual message on pilot's heads-up visor display or a control panel indicating an unsafe aircraft altitude. There will be a line item for No Fault Found (NFF), Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and Over and Above. Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304© (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited of Responsible Sources, and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
