- Questions from Site Visit Updated Section B-M (A002) Amendment A002 ****Update***** The due date for proposals has been extend to May 23, 2017 (see amendment A002), changes have been made to section C.1.4 (see amendment A002) and questions have been uploaded from the site visit. *****Update***** The due date for proposals has been extend to May 17, 2017 (see amendment A001) ****UPDATE**** The solicitation is expected to be posted on April 5, 2017 and available for at least 30 days ************** This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for construct metal barrier-based defense system structures (575 LM of High Perimeter Steel Barrier Wall) designed to protect against ballistic penetration of direct fire and fragmentation projectiles at the CNP/DIRAN base in Necocli, Colombia. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open procedures. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 150 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The solicitation is expected to be posted on March 30, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0126. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
