- Solicitation # F3YTAL7102A001 Description: (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) The solicitation number F3YTAL7102A001 is being issued as a request for quotation. (3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (4) This acquisition is issued as Full and Open A ll responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335312. (5) The requirement is for Hobart Frequency Converters. Brand name or equal. (6) Please see attachment one (1) for complete list of the requirement and Statement of Work. Provide a price quote for each item listed. (7) Place of delivery is Tinker AFB, OK 73145 and is FOB destination. Please specifiy in quote the number of calendar days after award delivery is to be expected. This requirement must be delivered NLT 30 May 17. (Anticipated award date 15 May 2017). (8) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (9) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The government will evaluate offers based on the following: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (10) The government advises Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
