- USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to Teledyne Reson, Inc. (DBA/ Teledyne-Odom), 5212 Verdugo Way, Camarillo, CA 93012-8662 to purchase EBP-15 Cable and Pipeline Sub-bottom Detection system. Teledyne-Odom will conduct a 5 day training as well. The supply must be delivered by 30 June 2017 and training complete no later than 13 August 2017. This Notice of Intent is for information purposes only. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) and 41 U.S. Code 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the Contract Specialist (Stacy Thurman) for consideration by the Government to stacy.d.thurman@usace.army.mil. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
