- Pentax EndoPro IQ Request for Quote form Contract Type - A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded Requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001: Capabilities Requirements Brand Name: Pentax of America MODEL: endoPRO iQ software/suite system - Provide endoscopy suite management system with capability to enable physicians and nursing staff to: - manage patient's schedules - track patients (from Pre-procedure through discharge) - Capture and annotate procedure images and video - Endoscopy procedure note writing capability - assist staff in charting/tracking vitals, medications and biopsy specimens - System must be updated with current diagnostic procedure codes, e.g.. ICD 10 - Must meet Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) compliance standards Company will: 1) Install the Workstation and ensure it is working/functioning correctly. 2) Provide Endopro iQ Workstation License(s) 3) Provide MS SQL Server Enterprise 8 Core Server License Maintenance 4) Provide MS SQL Server Enterprise Runtime 8 Core Server License QUANTITY – 1 UNIT OF ISSUE – LOT PRICE _$___________________________ Delivery Location: Nellis AFB, NV 89191
