- Synopsis Notice P&H Crane Repair Robert S. Kerr Marine Terminal in Oklahoma W912BV-17-Q-0078 Class Code: S NAICS 811310 $7,500,000.00 Subject: Provides for all labor, equipment, transportation, parts and materials necessary to replace/repair and install Load Moment Indicator at Robert S. Kerr Marine Terminal in Oklahoma. Solicitation #: W912BV-17-Q-0078 Set-Aside Code: 100% Small Business Response Date: Anticipated 12 June 2017 2:00 PM CST U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV-17-Q-0078 for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, parts and materials necessary to replace/repair and install Load Moment Indicator at Robert S. Kerr Marine Terminal in Oklahoma. The requirement is for transportation and repairs. All materials shall be in accordance with these specifications. All products, work, and material practices shall meet the minimal requirements of EM 385-1-1 - Current Edition (available as a download at http://www.usace.army.mil/SafetyandOccupationalHealth/SafetyandHealthRequirementsManual.aspx ). The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310, the FSC is J039, the SIC is 7699, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $7,500,000.00 or smaller. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. The anticipated award date is on or about 20 June 2017. This requirement is being competed under FAR parts 12 & 13. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Feb Biz Opps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. Issue date is anticipated to be 12 May 2017. Quote is anticipated to be due by 2:00 PM CST on 12 June 2017. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov.
