Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA248-17-Q-0913 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is issued on an UNRESTRICTED, FULL AND OPEN basis under NAICS code 621991 and size standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The purpose of this solicitation is for Blood Products and Testing for the Orlando VA Medical Center.
