- This amendment is to correct the schedule of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Blood Products and Testing for the Orlando VA Medical Center. To correct RFQ name to Blood Product and Testing. Remove duplicated quantities listed in the Unit Price Column in the Price Schedule in the PWS. Clarify that estimated quantities will be 25% of Base for each line item in the Price Schedule in the PWS. All other information remains the same Quotes are due by Tuesday 23 May 2017 at 12:00 pm EST. Questions must be submitted via email no later than 17 May 2017. Quotes and questions shall be submitted via email to debra.flanders@va.gov.
