The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.   STATEMENT OF WORK TEMPLATE GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project     Fresh Air Aromatherapy for Community Living Center (CLC) 2.   Scope of Work:   The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified for the above project Background Required by Cultural Transformation Officer in CLC 4.   Performance Period:   [Firm-Fixed-Price] The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 15__ calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO).   If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the Government accepts the contractor s proposal, the contractor s proposed completion date shall prevail.   5.   Type of Contract: [Firm-Fixed- STATEMENT OF WORK     Comprehensive one year program including all equipment and supplies necessary to accomplish the following results.   The selected scents (Scent Air brand or equivalent) to the air that can have a therapeutic effect on visitors and Residents. Additionally, due to the geriatric population of extended care and the prevalence of incontinence, we are aiming to reduce malodorous incidences in the common areas of the CLC.   The following equipment or equivalent is being requested to accomplish this task.   ITEM NO. It is desirable that any Offeror to have completed their business Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
