- (i) This is an award notice for commercial items acquired in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) This action results from full and open competition. (iii) This award incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. (v) List of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure - Please see attached Line Item Listing. (vi) Description of Requirement - The DHHS, a medical supply and pharmaceutical depot, supporting other federal government agencies in CONUS and OCONUS. (vii) Delivery and all services shall be performed at the DHHS, SSC, Perry Point. One each Vapourtec Flow Chemistry System. (viii) This action was deemed full and open as a FedBizzOpps Sources Sought Notice generated interest from two large businesses. Vendor outreach was made, proposals were sought and received, and upon price comparison, Fisher Scientific, 300 Industry Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15275 was found to offer the lowest price.
