- Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is not a request for quotes or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a need for Pharmacy Services in support of five (5) Western PA and Eastern Ohio Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). This sources sought notice is issued in an attempt to determine level of interest among qualified VETBIZ registered Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SD/VOSB) to provide the services described above. Only qualified VETBIZ registered SD/VOSB should respond to this notice. Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition and set-aside strategy which best fits VA requirements. A Draft Work Statement is attached. The NAICS code is 524292. Interested VETBIZ registered SD/VOSBs are requested to respond to this notice no later than May 19, 2017, 3:00 PM Eastern Time. With your response please provide a MAXIMUM two (2) page capability statement (additional attachments/pages will not be reviewed) summarizing relevant experience and past performance in providing Pharmacy Services. This should include a listing of VA facilities supported with Points of Contact. If currently a vendor under the VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) please provide contract number(s) and listing of Special Item Number(s) (SIN) covered.
