- Description
- This project consists of providing all labor and materials to remove and replace the roofing on a Barn / utility building on the Lolo National Forest, Seeley Lake Ranger District. Barn roof is approximately 900 sf in area. All old roofing, roofing felt and flashings are to be removed and disposed of in an approved landfill. Roofing is to be Blue label #1 sawn wood shingles as described in included specification. All necessary edging, flashing, starter course, ridge cap and accessories are to be provided to provide a complete installation. The contract time will be approximately 8 calendar days. Work is estimated to start June 8, 2017. Estimated price range is less than $25,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately May 12, 2017, and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
