- Final REFERENCE Plan Set Drawings Final Plan Set Drawings Solicitation The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of pressure relief wells through the floor of the lock chamber; installation of relief well protection blocks; removal of lock chamber debris; and installation of relief well reference markers. Optional work includes, but is not limited to, concrete placement, installation of embedded electrical ducts, installation of tow haulage unit fairleads, horizontal concrete resurfacing, and repair of damaged turf.
