- Presolicitation for Dairy Products The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton will issue a solicitation to obtain Dairy Products. The solicitation will be for the 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2017. The FBO is destination. The delivery starting date is July 3, 2017. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, Ohio 44432. Failure to company with stated item specification could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. NO SPECIFICATION SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED **NOTE: There will be a delivery schedule of dairy items for the 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2017. Deliveries will be made on Monday and Friday of each week from July 3, 2017 to September 29, 2017, with the exception of September 4, 2017. Due to a Federal Holiday, there will be no delivery scheduled on September 4, 2017. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in teh aggregate, whiever is most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made on or about May 24, 2017, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
