- Equipment List for Racine SSA Building Equipment List for Milwaukee U.S. Courthouse Form SF-24 Form 527 RFP GS-05-P-17-SA-D-0006 for Operations and Maintenance Services at Milwaukee U.S. Courthouse and Racine SSA Building. Cost Proposal Work Sheets for Location 2 Cost Proposal Work Sheets for Location 1 The General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for the continuation of mechanical operations and maintenance service at the following locations: Milwaukee U.S. Courthouse 517 Wisconsin Ave Milwaukee, WI 53202 Racine SSA Building 4020 Durand Ave Racine, WI 53405 This project shall consist of all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment including inspection, testing, and maintenance of the building to include all building systems. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the contract and will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and maintenance repairs, as necessary, on a 24-hour a day, 365 days per year basis, including emergency call-back service. This contract is being solicited with a one (1) year base period from August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018, with four (4), one (1) year option periods. The option periods are as follows: Option 1 period of performance is August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019. Option 2 period of performance is August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020. Option 3 period of performance is August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021. Option 4 period of performance is August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022. This is a firm fixed price solicitation and will be issued as a total small business set-aside and will contain the Site Visit date and time. All socio-economic small businesses are encouraged to submit an offer. Performance based contracting does apply to the procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $15 million. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available via the internet only. The solicitation and any subsequent documents related to this procurement will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov). FedBizOpps is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. Demonstration videos and assistance with using FedBizOpps is available through the website. It is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as System for Award Management (SAM), and is available for use by all Federal agencies. No hard copies of the solicitation or related documents will be mailed. Contractors are responsible for downloading their own copies of this solicitation, amendments, and other documents related to this solicitation. All government contractors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award. You may access SAM at www.sam.gov. In addition, as of January 1, 2005, all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission process per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be set at the time the full solicitation is posted. The solicitation will be posted on or about May 12, 2017. Offers will be due on June 12, 2017 at 5:30pm CST.
