- Presolicitation for Certified Religious Food Requirements The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton will issue a solicitation to obtain Certified Religious Products. The solicitation will be for the 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2017. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The FBO is destination. The delivery starting date is the week of Monday, July 3, 2017. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, OH 44432. Failure to comply with the stated item specifications could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. NO SPECIFICATION SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. **ALL VENDORS - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) AT WWW.SAM.GOV. ONLY ELECTRONIC QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in the aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about Wednesday, May 24, 2017, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov.
