- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS: The Memphis VA Medical Center Engineering Department, located at 1030 Jefferson Ave, Memphis TN 38104 needs the inspection and testing of Switchgear circuit breakers and transformers. This procurement will be a VOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The business size standards are $7.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about May19, 2017 These dates are subject to change.
