- Pictures of Project Map Statement of Work Package to Return Complete Solicitation Package DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies necessary to perform trail grading and drainage system maintenance in identified project areas within the Huckleberry Flats OHV trail system. Work consists of trail grading, refurbishing water bars, reshaping corners and berms, cleaning and reconditioning lead out ditches and associated sump/settling reservoirs, hauling of material and other trail maintenance work as requested. Offers are due May 23, 2017, by 2 p.m., PST. They may be mailed to Willamette National Forest, 3106 Pierce Parkway, STE D, OR 97477 or faxed to 541-225-6220. Quotes cannot be accepted by email.
