- Presolicitation for Subsistence Products The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton will issue a solicitation to obtain Subsistence Food Products. The solicitation will be for the 4TH Quarter of Fiscal Year 2017. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The FBO is destination. The delivery starting date is Monday, July 3, 2017. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, OH 44432, except Federal Holidays. Failure to comply with the stated item specifications could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. NO SPECIFICATION SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. **ALL VENDORS - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) AT WWW.SAM.GOV. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in the aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to make payments using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Awards exceeding $3,000 will be accomplished through issuance of a Purchase Order. The solicitation will be made available on or about Wednesday, May 24, 2017, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
