- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Far Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 will be used. Solicitation# RFP VA256-17-R-0396. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 & 2005-95 (effective 01/20/17) Rev 1 (02/16/17). This is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. NAICS code is 561612, size standard is $20.5 MILLION. Place of Performance: McGovern facilities: 1418 Preston Street Houston, TX 77002. MidTown/Travis Complex: 4640 Main Street Houston, TX 77002 Anticipated Performance Period: June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018 plus four 12 Month Option periods at the discretion of the government to exercise.
