Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation NIH-CC-17-00513_Ultrasound Machine This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract with a twelve month base period, and four (4) twelve month option periods. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective January 19, 2017. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 - Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, is seeking a contractor who will provide a state of the art ultrasound machine, complete with warranty, and maintenance/service support for delivery to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department, NIH Clinical Center. Maintenance and Support shall include spare parts and supplies, emergency visits, hardware and software updates and support, hardware and software technology upgrades, as required by the Statement of Work.
